Faith-based couples counseling seeks to reduce the onset of the issue that divides and frustrates the original reason people came together in the first place. The role of the counselor seeks to honor the worldview and shared traditions. To assist in moving past the present issue and rejoin the journey that fostered the couple’s love, adoration, and commitment where the marriage began.
