Encouragement for elders as faithful shepherds of God's people

The Posture of Shepherds is an eight hour interactive workshop designed to strengthen elders as faithful shepherds of God’s people. Through Scripture, honest reflection, practical exercises, and brotherly dialogue, attendees will explore servant leadership, humility, integrity, communication, accountability, and congregational care. Each participant will leave encouraged, better connected, and equipped with practical commitments to lead by example, restore trust, and serve the congregation with the heart of Christ.

Grounded Men Training

Grounded Men is a four-month leadership class designed to help men strengthen their character, faith, relationships, and service. Through Scripture, honest reflection, practical exercises, and group discussion, participants will explore authenticity and integrity, servant-hearted compassion, unwavering faith, and visionary humility. Men of all ages and leadership experience are invited to develop healthier habits, meaningful accountability, and a Christ-centered approach to influencing their homes, churches, and communities.

Authenticity      Compassion      Faith      Humility

Four traits working together.  If one is missing, leadership can become distorted.
